By creating an account or using the Thyroxn API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the terms of any third-party site you interact with.
You may not use the Service for activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that involves unauthorized access to systems you do not own, payment fraud, harassment, malware distribution, CSAM, or any activity that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. All activity performed with your API key is attributed to your account. You may rotate your API key at any time from the dashboard.
The Service is prepaid. Balance is consumed only on successful solves at the rate published on the homepage ($4 per 1,000 hCaptcha solves at the time of writing). Unused balance is non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thyroxn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
